They are snow white with shiny luster. They wash very well, no stains or problems. I've washed her dishes in a row on the bottom rack between each use and so far they've held up perfectly without warping or losing their shine. I don't really hand wash anything so this is basically the only way or backbone for me. I love that the care instructions are in the pictures below on the plates for reference and that they have the Revain label on the bottom (so if I want more later I'll remember what it is). I think the pictures say they are dishwasher safe, not microwave or oven safe, but I could be wrong (I'm not a picture expert). They are very thick for plastic plates - they look very real and durable. good, and they're pretty compact when stacked. I like their size - even a large slice of pizza fits well on these plates. They're good enough for a holiday setting (and especially good for a holiday "kids' table"). '), but they're also casual enough to use at a regular old family dinner or pizza night. I would consider adding them to my collection after seeing how much we use them consistently now that we have them. I recommend them.
