Well that's kind of a crazy Libra. But the thing is, I think it's accurate and I think it works. (Update 11/18/2021 - After some initial issues syncing this scale to my phone over Wi-Fi, it has settled down and is working great. It's absolutely accurate and has been syncing reliably for over a month now.) You download the app, put it put the batteries in the scale, pair the scale with your phone via bluetooth, go back to the app and set up your account, then stop by the scale and it will tell you not only your weight but also your heart rate, Your BMI, body fat percentage, lean body mass, hydration level, visceral fat, BMR, bone mass and metabolic age. I can only independently verify three of these metrics — weight, BMI, and heart rate — but all three metrics agree with what I know to be accurate. I don't know how it measures heart rate through the glass plate of the scale. There is a piece of metal in the middle of the scale, but you don't have to touch it for the scale to take measurements. You can also connect the scale to your Wi-Fi network so it automatically adds measurements to your phone app. , and you can link the phone app to your Google Fit account and enter information there. I am impressed. I'm also still playing with this scale to see how it works, but it feels real to me. It is accurate by weight and heart rate. BMI is simply a calculation of your weight and height that you enter into the app. But still the application and scale seems pretty close to what I know independently.
