I have tried many different products to reduce puffiness and dark circles. Fast Recovery Anti-Aging Eye Cream does the trick! It visibly improves the look of my eye area as you can see in my before and after photos. In my experience there hasn't been any white deposits, but I don't apply a lot of product either. I lightly wet the eye area, apply a pea-sized amount, apply in gentle upward motions, and hold my face still for a few minutes following the directions. It doesn't make me 20 years younger, but it's definitely improving. I am so glad I found this product and will definitely buy again.
