Upset. - In-Ear Headphones

I had high hopes for the design and while it's adjustable, after a few hours of wearing the stiffness of the hook starts to hurt my ears, which wears off my Reason to buy this model at all. The audio started coming and going by week 3 but I kept it as a backup. For the price and in a pinch it will do, but I will not buy it back, which I usually do for my family if I like a product. Eliminate the lack of sound and replace the hook with rubber material, then we have a winner.
