This is a staggering case for the white collar world.

This could be a good case depending on your intended use and lifestyle. I'll try to write a review that accurately reflects my impression of this case after a few months of use. First I will try to give you my impression. If you don't want to read long phone case descriptions, I also list the pros and cons at the end of my review. First of all, I would like to say that this case is now being judged in much more detail. When I bought mine it was $60. This case is definitely not worth $60 in my honest opinion. Probably the best feature of the case is that you can operate the screen through the case and the case looks great. I get compliments on this case all the time. However, I am having great difficulty with this case. I think this case would be great for a business person with this lifestyle: office, business trips, meetings. However, I am a sculptor. This case doesn't provide the protection I need as a sculptor. There is already a scratch on the front of my phone. I don't care because it's only visible when the screen is off. The thing is, though, I was wearing the case when it got this scratch. Also, one day my phone fell and the case stayed on the phone protecting it. However, on another occasion he fell from a shorter distance (about 2 feet) and the phone jumped right out of the case and bounced. I thought a cover on the front of the case would provide the best protection, but it really doesn't. Anyway I think it really did scratch the front of the phone. I think the sand got stuck between the lid and the screen without my knowledge and left a small scratch on the screen. I don't think this problem is specific not only to this case but to all cases with a lid. Another problem I have found with a lid is that it causes a lot of inconvenience and difficulty when looking for reference material for my art. It is extremely difficult to shoot and control the flashlight with one hand. Also, the phone started getting advertisements from Samsung every time I put the phone in the case. I had to go into settings and disable this answer altogether. If I pay $60 for a case, I don't want him promoting me. Also, being a sculptor, I use my phone as an assistant. Sometimes ideas come to me or I have to do reminders while my hands are covered in cloth or tied while doing something I can't tear myself away from. In these cases, I like that I can talk to my phone and do things with it, e.g. B. Send text messages, set reminders, add calendar events and take notes. Unfortunately I have to remember to leave the lid open while my phone is charging to be able to use this feature. When the lid is closed, Google Now can't respond to what I tell it. When I first got the phone, it also disabled the always-on screen after a few seconds. One of the things I love about my S8 plus is that the screen is always on so I can check the time at any time. I like the "always on display" feature. Although this phone case is made by Samsung, it disables the always-on display. It seems to have stopped doing this recently, but it still turns off from time to time. Why did Samsung create a case that disables one of its coolest and most useful features? Finally, the cover prevents navigation on my wireless charger/phone holder in my truck. This case is not for people with a dirty, rough or adventurous lifestyle. However, it's great for providing moderate protection for those who just want a gorgeous looking case for their office jobs. It definitely turns heads. I'll probably change my case to Lifeproof. If I want to upgrade my phone, I want it to be at least shockproof and waterproof. Also, being able to use the phone with one hand suits my lifestyle much better. The only reason I gave this case 3 stars instead of 2 was because of how many compliments I get on the look of this case and how the phone reacts when I close it. After all I will probably still keep this case and use it when going to art events and such as it has an elegant look to start a conversation. Pros: The case looks great, most of the time it has a kickstand. it protects the phone, the phone knows when you close the case and reacts accordingly, the case is easy to put on and take off, you can interact with your phone through the cover of the case, you can see the time through the cover (sometimes) and it also supports wireless charging. Cons: Case offers limited protection, case interferes with one-handed photography, one-handed flashlight is awkward to use, almost doubles the size of the phone, doesn't work really well with the always-on display, you have to flip to turn off the displays that are in your Notifications are shown when you put the case on, now it prevents google from responding to your voice when the case is closed and when I bought the case it was too expensive.
