My favorite shoe lately is hiking shoes, but sometimes I want something comfortable, cool and light. These shoes are very light. I usually wear a US size 11 1/2, but they also come in whole sizes. I ordered size 12. Fortunately, the elastic lacing and elastic inserts at the back or on the boot make it perfect. The sole is thin, the arch support is small so I wouldn't wear it on a long hike. However, since I've had them, I wear them when I'm not hiking or working in the shop. I wear them around the house when I walk my dog and when I run errands around town. They are easy to put on, light and comfortable. I wear them way more than I expected and my wife thinks they look good on my feet. (That's important!) If they were a little cheaper I would give them five stars.
