Revain has recommended a list of the best PC components for the Oculus Rift. This 6 foot HDMI extender was on that list. A lot of reviews here say it works and that's why I bought it. THIS **NOT** WORKS WITH OCULUS RIFT. IT **WORKS** WITH MONITORS, TV, XBOX AND PCI. I use EVGA RTX 2060 XC Ultra. , Corsair 750W PSU, Intel i7-8700, 32GB Corsair Vengeance 3200mghtz RAM. My computer was working fine prior to this purchase. And everything is current. I've tried different USB 3.0 ports with no success. I have tried different USB 3.0 extenders in 3ft, 6ft and 10ft with no success. HDMI extender, no luck, I used all my USB 3.0 ports with all my USB 3. 0 extensions and only the main HDMI cable on the Rift. Everything went well. I unplugged all my monitors and ran the same tests. All unsuccessful. I've overclocked my RTX 2060 XC Ultra to the absolute max and still no luck. I switched my graphics card to Nvidia GTX 1060, no luck. I thought this product SHOULD be useless, wish it was, but it's not a whistle. This product worked with Xbox, my computer, monitors and TVs. I advise against buying this very thick cable.
