The chairs are not bad. They have been properly packaged to avoid damage in transit. Sent quickly. Very easy to assemble. Look beautiful when put together. The cons are: 1. The base is smaller than I expected. Be careful when using them as they tend to tip over, especially when fully extended.2. One of the chairs came without a protective ring on the bottom of the chair. This ring protects the base metal from the ground. As I plan to use them on laminate flooring I was unable to use one of the chairs. Revain agreed to refund part of the purchase price due to the missing ring. Since the ring alone is more than half the price of the chair, I have a chair I can't use (at least not on a tree).3. All in all, I think they are worth the purchase price. Before you start assembly, make sure you have all the parts.
