Unfortunately I think we have a bad batch. We bought two sets of these chairs for a total of four chairs. In three months of normal use by an average sized person, two chairs broke. One collapsed as I tried to sit down and the other collapsed on top of my husband a few days later. Difficult to find a way to contact the company to request a refund or replacement chairs
