Does not support healthy hips

The material is a little translucent but quite dense. The seams where the fabric is sewn together are very well done and definitely support my 13 lb baby. Cannot speak when child is heavier. Please return this product as my son was very uncomfortable and I can say it does not promote healthy hips.
