Good Culture, Well Recognised Company
I am currently working in an internal audit department at EGT which is part of this group (Everest).
The work culture here has been very good so far with lots of opportunities available both internally & externally too! Nothing really that i dislike about it but will mention few things - 1) It's bit difficult if you are not from India or know Hindi language well because there can be some words used by people who don't understand English much2.) You have lot more free time than what one would expect when they join such organization3.). There isn’t any specific training program offered under their package4.), People do get promoted without giving proper notice5), If your performance does go down then its hard getting back into track6,) Lackadaisical attitude towards projects7.,.
