Review on BonBon Professional Bar Service Mat by Ronald Bleimeyer

I realize this review is unlikely to help anyone but I'll write anyway! So our adorable dog is very lazy. This is a 12 year old French Bulldog and while he is very sweet and cuddly he is not the sharpest tool in the shed. He broke into the house but recently decided that climbing out of the dog door was too difficult and sticking his head and front paws out should be enough. This causes him to urinate all over the garage floor right outside the door, and because the floor is uneven, water flows and pools under the freezer. We got tired of pulling out the freezer to clean underneath, so I started looking for a rubber mat that could catch urine. Yes, he knows he has to get out, and when we're in front of the door, he'll go out. We just can't stand outside the door all day, especially when we're not at home. At this point, I'm glad he's thinking of leaving the house and entering the garage to go outside. In my research, I found that the rubber mats are designed to wick liquid off the sides, and while it seemed like a few kitty litter mats might help, they looked like they were mostly dry litter with very low sides. Luckily, this bar mat caught my eye. I didn't even know there were bar mats this size! It is almost perfect for this mission and has already been christened. It was very easy to flush the hose and 2 packs means we have a spare. He also doesn't seem to mind stepping on the little rubber spikes, which I feared at first. Overall I am very happy with this purchase.
