This baby pillow is good on its own. It arrived rolled/vacuum sealed but fluffed up. It has a zipper that opens to the quilted interior, which I didn't find necessary as a pillowcase can be used over the pillow. I'm also worried that one day my kid will find that zipper and pull it all out for fun, so I didn't tell the kid about it and turned it inside the pillowcase. The pillowcase has a fun, colorful dinosaur design, but I don't like the zipper. It's about 1/4 the length of the pillow, so you'll want that side facing back. It is uncomfortable to lie on, although there is a valve that closes the zipper. Can the zipper be moved to the end of the pillowcase? This allows children to turn the pillow over and use both sides. It is correctly advertised as 13 x 18 inches and I measured it to be around 2 inches thick. My kid says it's comfortable.
