The seams came undone: Poor customer service

This bag was exactly what I wanted in terms of size. Enough space for my laptop and a few other essentials. Definitely not a roomy bag - wish there was a little more room in the main compartment for a book to read - but overall what I wanted. Fast forward about a month later I noticed that the stitching had come apart (as shown in the picture). I never stuffed the bag full and it was used to carry my laptop to and from work - nothing out of the ordinary for my use. didn't show up. I was busy at work so it took me a few months to get back on the site (and I found out the warranty was 1 year). I noticed that you can chat with a customer service representative on the site, so I explained the problem. First, they were very slow in typing their answers, which was very annoying. They agreed to take the backpack and refund my money. However, they want me to pay for shipping. Basically I have to pay more money to fulfill the guarantee. I raised this issue and they said they would contact me (it was 23rd July), now it is 30th July and I have not received any reply from them. Conclusion: 1. Really good bag. However, note that there is very little space for anything but a few essentials (charger).2. However, the seams of the bag were sewn poorly.2. And unfortunately bad customer service. I hope someone at Targus takes note of these Revain reviews and rectifies the situation.
