I ordered Men's 10US (M) and the shoes arrived quickly, in a plastic bag in a post office plastic bag. Color and appearance correspond to the image on the display. They are very light and a quick inspection revealed adequate stitching, including at stress points. Both shoes are listed as a size 10 (size 44) but the L shoes are slightly longer than the R and both are longer than the other size 10 shoes I have. They are very narrow with little arch support; As I put them on and walked around the house, both of my legs seemed to be bent inward. These shoes are made in China. They are cheaper than the retail price and I would not buy them again. **Update** Rather than returning these shoes, I took them on a trip to Central America as a throwaway pair. I wore them for 10 days without socks, at 75-96F, on gravel, pavement, beach sand, grass/mud and mud. Lightweight, comfortable and the stitching is strong. I brought them back to wear in the yard. Upgraded from 2 to 4 stars even without bow support.
