I had to remove the rubber stopper so I could tighten the screw to tension the holder.
My shower head fell off this thing because it couldn't hold it. It rotates 360 degrees, so when I put the shower head in, it just spun slowly until the shower head fell out. There's really no way to test its holding power until it's installed. So after installing everything and dropping my shower head in the tub 3-4 times, I had to take everything off, screw in a screw and put everything back in. Everything seems to be working fine now, but I'm afraid that over time the tension will gradually wear off and I'll have to do it again. again after my shower head clattered back into the tub.
