That's what you expect for the price. The product I received had NO PTT buttons on the radio as shown in the picture, so you must use the PTT button on the microphone. The quality of the microphone and speaker is good. There's no quick connector to disconnect the cables to charge the radio - you have to remove it entirely, which isn't critical but inconvenient. I don't use a set screw. I have it tucked into my outer vest and the cords run around my back (radio on front lower left, speakers behind head and mic on upper right chest). I wouldn't use this for SWAT or anything really intensive, but for light patrol or security work it seems decent.
