Review on Boost MacBook Air Performance with OWC 250GB Aura Pro 6G Flash SSD Upgrade Kit and Envoy Case by Todd Phillips

Although I've been building/maintaining my own systems since I set up my Tandy Color computer in 1982, I was aware that Apple frowned upon people modifying their own systems, even if it were themselves a hard drive or memory upgrade (damn, some apples have memory *soldered* to the motherboard, making the upgrade impossible). I "inherited" a MacBook Air in mid-2011 from a friend I lost to cancer, and as I have four other production boxes on my home network for development and proof of concept, I intend to use this laptop for my music production hobby/MIDI , but I needed more capacity than the original 128GB SSD. Searching YouTube for a few keywords, I came across a great OWC tutorial video on how to upgrade an SSD in the same MacBook model I inherited. Everything went smoothly and took a maximum of 15 minutes. Thank you, OVC!
