I'm 5'5" and weigh 116 pounds. My waist is 26" and my bust is about 35" so I took the plus size and it fits great. The shirt is so pretty and the Quality seems pretty good for $20 you can't go wrong I have ordered two more styles of this shirt and can't wait to get them.
