I was almost put off by the numerous reviews "the hose falls out every two seconds!". But I know Conair is a reliable brand that wouldn't have such a terrible design flaw, so I figured it was user error. I was right. I can shake my head like a rock star without falling out of my hose (yes, I've tried. Haha!). Ladies, please squeeze the hose FIRMLY and twist it as far as you can. It's designed to snap into place fairly securely and stay that way. It is very light and compact (about the size of a handbag). The length of the hose is a little short. However, not much hose fits into such a small compartment and it can be extended with a drawstring. He's sitting comfortably next to you on the couch. Who needs to walk around the house with a hair dryer? Some of these reviews are human! ;-D Most of the heat can concentrate on the side of the hose, so just wiggle it every now and then. It gets very hot for deep conditioning (medium setting is more than enough for me) and I'm wearing a different shower part. bottom lid.Great purchase!
