Foil also doesn't work on long hair. You should use a trimmer to shorten your hair enough to use foil without the painful and ineffective pulling of long hair. But this little guy works well for my daily needs of feeling clean and tidy without tearing my skin. I still sometimes resort to a razor when I want a really close, close shave, but I always use the Clio first to trim everything, which makes shaving with a razor much easier and quicker overall. .
