We used to have Miniature Schnauzers and both had health issues that resulted in them dying young (8-10 years old). We fed them cheap food (like Purina One, Kibbles and Bits, etc.) because they liked it. With our mini Australian Shepherd puppy, Blue Wilderness and Holistic Select are the products that keep her skin from peeling all over. I have to say that she prefers this food to the Blue Desert. We first tried Blue Wilderness with our Golden Retriever pup and her stools didn't harden for weeks. We have brought both dogs here and they love it. Our Goldie's stool is hard, she has lots of energy and a beautiful coat. This has been the best natural choice for our two dogs and we have been feeding him for about 6 months. It's also cheaper than Blue Wilderness.
