If you're like me, you don't want to take your PDA out of a case. You probably also like the idea that the Switch is a full hybrid console and you can play anywhere. But holding the Switch naked in a backpack is like stuffing a child in a dumpster, given that cloud storage is only now becoming available and the notion that the console could be damaged in any way is quite unsettling. This case protects your Switch without sacrificing portability and unlike some larger cases it has limited storage but will easily fit all your favorite games and the console itself. My only criticism is that it doesn't match the quality of Tomtocs thin case that can be purchased for a few dollars more. These have a bit of wiggle room so the console isn't completely snug when being wheeled around in a bag. In addition, the overall quality and durability of the Tomcurrent material is much higher, and this case is even a bit thinner. The only thing that makes this case comparable is the fact that it's actually a Nintendo license, but as we've seen from defective skins and other things that have ruined the paintwork of these consoles in the past, it's Nintendo -Seals relevant in the past modern era. License fee as the actual mark of quality. If you want a slightly cheaper official Nintendo case, this is for you. If you're looking for what I think is the perfect slim case for your Switch, spend the extra $4 and go for the Tomtoc Slim, also available here on Amazon.
