Review on Discover the Stylish Jefferies Socks Girls Circle Tights for Girls' Clothing by Todd Roberts

They are very cute but I didn't really understand the sizes. I checked the measurements and ordered a size that I felt was comparable to other brands of tights I had ordered and received tights that would fit me and not my 5 year old daughter. The quality seems good and they are exactly like the picture!
