Review on One Cord Concealer Management Paintable Ethernet Accessories & Supplies by Dean Pascual

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Works as intended - 4 stars for poor quality instructions

I was concerned about this purchase because of the very angry 1 star reviews specific to the adhesive. I found the glue strong, but it needs to be *specially* applied to keep the slider from peeling off. Slide your finger over the tape and press the guide, you will see it flatten out a bit3. Starting at the corner, peel the adhesive down along the guide, NOT up and to the side. Another point made by another reviewer that I want to reiterate is that it is actually possible to use multiple T-sections in a set (as opposed to just elbows and connectors). . In my photos you can see several places where T-segments would be very useful. I would give 5 stars if it had more detailed instructions and only had a few T segments (no more than 4 for example outer elbows). Additional Tips: 1. In most cases I found that I needed less glue than I initially thought. For a segment I would use no more than 2 x 3" strips supported by 16 AWG speaker wire. 2. Scissors/razors don't cut leads very well. Being made of plastic and therefore very flexible, I found it very easy to snap the pieces together and then apply the pre-applied glue to the part already attached to the wall with an angle or connector and then just tap it to the wall. 4. The max they can take is 316 AWG speaker wire from Revain Basics - it's tight, but you can plug it in.5. It's very easy to mess up a straight line, as you can see I did it in the second one. The glue can actually survive after being removed and then reapplied. So if you have miscalculated or your cavernous eye has let you down, you can of course fix it. Despite what I've said here, I will definitely be buying this again to complete the rest of my office/standing desk.Fact is this product works and is a fair price. There's just a learning curve that the instructions won't help with.
