Does the job in my review
My 23 month old daughter kept losing her earrings and I was afraid her holes would close up. Bought and serve their purpose. They're difficult to tighten (the screw seems to have snapped apart), but they haven't fallen out yet. She is active! Sleeps in them, goes to school in them, plays outside and with them and they are holding up great.
