I was looking for a good bag for my laptop and books/notebooks for my grad school. I was excited about this when I realized it was being sold to PRIME members. It came quickly, but after unpacking (it looked intact) I noticed that one of the straps was loose. Then I noticed that there was a round piece missing from the outer part of the bag. At first I thought I could glue it together and just leave the bag. Then I found another piece (much smaller than the others) at the bottom of the purse. It didn't fit anywhere. I started checking the other sides of the straps and 2/4 of them came loose. They barely stayed in place. I'm sure if I put a laptop or anything heavier in my bag it would just fall apart. Otherwise the bag looked great, I returned my "credit" and sent the bag back. Bad buy as all other reviews seemed like a good buy.
