When I opened the box, I immediately saw that the camera shutter was open and not locked. Looking further I saw that 3 products were missing from the box: the micro USB cable and adapter and one of the plugs. I used my phone's adapter and cable to test the camera, but unfortunately it was useless because the camera shutter was broken and wouldn't close. I immediately emailed the seller but have not received a response to date.
