Not very useful: Wellness & Relaxation
I have arthritis in my fingers and used them for massage. It was new at first and seemed to help, but over time I realized that it didn't really help and I had better results massaging my fingers with my other hand. After a few weeks the plastic broke and I threw it away. It didn't help much for me, but others may find better results.
