Much too small and without assembly instructions.
It was a lot less than I needed but didn't want to spend more. Actually only suitable for ties or scarves. And mine came at least without assembly instructions. I'm used to packing things, so it only took me 15 minutes to put it together. There are many parts, not all of which are obvious. So unless you consider yourself good at assembling things I would avoid it. Also for scarves.
