I used this iron once, thought it was a great iron until I went to iron a second shirt and it stopped working. I checked the instructions to make sure everything was installed correctly and it was. The iron just stops working now. I'm stuck with this junk because due to a virus I can't get UPS or FEDEX to pick it up to ship it back and I won't pick it up to return it in this pandemic which is threatening my health. I will buy another iron of a different brand, do yourself a favor and don't waste your money on this junk. I'm so mad about it now. I hope this helps you make the "you get what you pay for" decision.
