My daughter (1 year old) loves this bus. We had an issue with tones disappearing after a few weeks but I emailed the manufacturer and they sent it back 4 days later. Excellent customer service. The only reason it's 4 is because it stopped working. I hope our new one lasts longer. ** To update. Our new one doesn't work either. So if you want to buy a fun toy that will last a few months. My daughter still plays with it but it doesn't move or make any noise.
