No warranty support

I have had her for about 9 months now. I really liked them and they worked great until one day the left earbud fell apart when I was taking it out of my ear. Well, during the warranty period I called LG. Of course they don't repair or replace them but I can pay more than the cost of the entire set if I want a pair of headphones to be repaired by their service department. Good product until it falls apart; no LG support.
