I like that it allows for us to see all of our systems from one place. It makes the job of managing our security programs easier by giving us an at-a-glance view of our environment. I dislike that it can sometimes take a couple moments to get used to but it gets better as you use it more. The UI is also quite outdated. I would look into other options if you are looking for a better UI. We have been able to gather data from throughout the entire scope of our infrastructure allowing us to identify threats and vulnerabilities so we can fix them before they cause problems. The simplicity of MDR and the ability to add in new rules to it is what I like the most. The rule engine is very easy to use and I can add in my own rules. I dislike the way the rules are categorized. Some rules are very specific and others are very general. It would be great if the rules were in a more organized way. I am able to get alerts and notifications regarding any security event for my network.
