CSVBOX takes away some of our headaches by providing us with preformatted structured files for easy ingestion into applications like Salesforce or Marketo! It's super helpful when you have multiple customers' information in one file because it makes updating each customer easier than manually doing so through Excel/Google Docs etc. Sometimes if there are formulas within a row they don't get parsed correctly which can be very frustrating but I think this could just be solved via more support from CSBox? Honestly though we're having no problems at the moment - however any time something does go wrong (which happens rarely) they immediately respond back quickly and helpfully solve whatever issue arises. Great product overall. We've been using CSV Box since 2014 as well as other similar solutions before them such as Google Sheets API integration & Zapier integrations.
