Review on TECI by Ryan Vaughn

After placing a purchase with TECI's online store for plumbing tools, I was left feeling extremely let down. Finding what I required on the website was as difficult as looking for a needle in a haystack because it was so difficult to traverse. The goods arrived late and were improperly packaged; as a result, a number of them were broken when they were opened. When I called customer support for assistance, the representatives were about as helpful as a man competing in a butt-kicking contest with one leg. To top it all off, the quality of the tools was below average, leaving me with the impression that I had thrown away the money I had worked so hard to acquire. I'm sorry, TECI, but you are not the instrument that I would choose in this situation.
