I have post op swelling and lymphedema but can't wear or even wear the heavier duty compression sleeves recommended by many. It's easy enough to get to my armpit. I can wear them all day without wanting to take them off because of the excruciating pain, and most importantly, they help! I bought a second pair so one could be hand washed and hung to dry while I wear the other pair. If you only need one sleeve, it fits both hands, leaving the second sleeve as a spare. Good quality and good value for money. I would never pay too much for other brands. This is the brand I recommend to people.
