I love this CC bag!

I ordered this in plain black to wear with everything until I have the money to spend some more bags! While I understand that carrying a wallet is not optimal and many in the CC community frown, we women need options. For me this is the perfect choice. One objection to carrying a handbag is that you can lose sight of your bag. I decided to overcome this objection by slinging my purse over my shoulder and not taking it off. This purse is suitable for that. I wear it while driving. I wear it to a restaurant to keep my CC bag from dangling off my chair onto the floor. I don't even have to hang it on the back of a public restroom door. It becomes a part of what I wear as much as if it were a belt. The second objection the community seems to have to carry in a purse is that the baddies can rip off your shoulder bag or cut the strap and run away. with this. Again, carrying a shoulder bag eliminates the possibility of "running and grabbing". Tote'n Mamas pistol has a wire that goes through the strap to keep it from being cut. There is a separate compartment with 3-way zip access, velcro closure and a velcro holster perfectly sized for the LCP. The holster that came with it was too small for my EDC (Shield EZ), so I had to order a larger Velcro holster. Not a big deal and I can use the smaller holster that came with the bag for something else. The compartment is big enough for my EDC. I can partially unzip the zipper and keep my hand on it while walking around the parking lot. The center of the bag has a zippered wallet compartment with slots for DL, CCL, all my cards etc, a zippered pocket for loose change and space for dollars. I once tried just slipping my slim wallet in so I didn't have to use the built in slots, but that made the wallet a little unwieldy so I gave up and just used the built in slots. The purse is just a decent zippered compartment that fits my phone, reading books, lipstick, pen, and a purse-sized pack of paper napkins. In the front zippered compartment of a smaller size, I slip a key fob for easier access. You can see that there are two silver buttons at the top of the bag that pull the two front pockets closer to the body of the bag to reduce the bulk. The skin is soft and supple and the tassel is a nice fun touch. All in all a winning combination. Can't wait to save up enough $$ to buy more Gun Tote'n Mama bags :)
