Changing batteries!
We ordered our first edition of this book and the left page didn't work all the time; So I changed it, thinking it was broken. Looking back on it now and reading previous reviews I think the problem is that the batteries that come with it are just junk. Changing the battery really helps. I wish the story had multiple options but my kid will love it.
