I have very sensitive skin and this product works very well and does not irritate my sensitive skin. I will say that it worked best for me with longer armpit hair than usual. I tried it with shorter hair and the removal wasn't that good, just a little irritated but not painful. I also tried the bikini line and set a 3 minute timer to make sure I didn't irritate the delicate bikini line. I took it all off very carefully and then washed it off in the shower and was very smooth and pleasantly surprised. I recommend exactly 3 minutes to protect the skin and ensure the application is THICK as directed on the packaging. I know it sounds a little silly, but you'll notice it once you start applying. I guarantee that I will apply a thick layer and cover almost all hair with cream. Overall I'm very happy with it, especially now during the quarantine and inability to wax monthly.
