update 6/4/21 other than hassle and returning the assembled product. I tell them the chair doesn't go up and down. They send me a video which I understand but the chair doesn't work. oh and try to tell me the chair in the picture is not the chair in the order. hmmm i got that. So I take this broken assembled chair to the nearest pickup point and give me my money back. I have serious problems with my neck and back and to do that is absurd. Totally unsatisfied! Update 06/03/21 instructions in boxed seat. Manufacturer has responded to Revain on the PDF in a timely manner. 24 hours later I emailed with instructions that the chair would not be raised or lowered. I can't find a way to enter an attendance without breaking. I have assembled many chairs and this is the first time one has failed. Not in the mood. 1 star after the product is fully unpacked, there are absolutely no instructions. I'm angry because this chair had great reviews and I can't use it. Now I have to decide whether to go to YouTube instructions or back. Either way, it's a hassle. The money must be returned, this is absolutely unacceptable!
