Review on Heyflow by George Woods

It's easy to use, has great features for both freelancers & clients alike (client portal), it allows you have multiple projects at once with ease of managing all your tasks in one place! I would like there was more flexibility when choosing which client project manager will be assigned/responsible as an admin user - sometimes we need access so that our team can jump right into work without having to wait or ask someone else if they are available first before jumping straight into task management. The platform really helped us manage time better by assigning each person their own individual workflow and keeping track of billables vs non-billable hours worked per day / week etc. This also helps keep everyone accountable throughout every stage from initial proposal through final invoice submission via email. At times this might make communication between certain individuals difficult due to lack of transparency but overall still worth using. We used heyFlow mainly because its very simple yet effective way how businesses get things done within no hassle environment where.
