Not assembled properly
This nut is for backlash adjustment. The set screw needs a nut in the cutout as you see in the picture. When it was sent to me this nut was on the set screw outside of the cutout. I had to disassemble everything to get to this nut. Then reassemble it after making adjustments. It took some time. I'm too old for this.
