Review on iSmartRecruit by Osoulo Sharp

The software has really helped us streamline our recruiting processes within my organization as well as manage all of our candidates from one system. We have been able to see who's available at any given moment so we can schedule interviews more efficiently than before! I dislike how slow it takes sometimes when going back through old emails or other documents stored in certain folders because they're not always searchable like some newer programs would be (like Slack). If anyone wants help managing their hiring pipeline this tool will work great if used correctly!! You'll love working closely together once everything works out between yourselves :) Streamlining candidate searches/scheduling interview times are 2 things where problems occurred prior using ISM but now there aren't many issues since implementing them here internally - mainly due to increased efficiency overall. I liked all about this software but it's price which cannot be afford in our organization. This system has made my life easier because of its unique features like scheduling interview, job notification etc. Also we can track candidates status from any where as compared with other softwares available out there now days. The best feature is when candidate submit their resume then recruiter will get notified immediately via email or sms.
