Easy to install and use. I worked for the Geek Squad in college and they were difficult to install when customers brought them in for us to install. When I saw this one I assumed it would protect the SurfaceBook but also pose an issue with installation as I've yet to come across a glass panel which isn't a problem. I have to say that the installation was very easy. The location stickers make a huge difference and helped me a lot with the installation as I knew exactly where to put the glass. Also, this glass is not very static, which I really appreciate. There are many glass screens that are very sensitive when you peel off plastic and this one is a welcome exception. Also, I really appreciate that this company emailed me to make sure I like their product too. Whenever I had problems and needed their help, it was nice to know that they were there to help me.
