Doesn't work for me.
I prefer a thin pillow to keep my spine in the right position. I first used this pillow during an afternoon rest and woke up 15 minutes later with a raging headache. For me there is no siesta. I tried again before bed and the same thing happened but I slept 3 hours before waking up with a headache. This pillow was too hard for me.
