Great shoes my pros and cons
Ideal for cross training. High lateral stability. Also good for lifting. Not very good for long distances but ok for 500 meters.

- I love these shoes, this is my second pair.
Cons
- As others have noted, this shoe is much narrower in the toe than previous NB models. Stay away.
