This sausage board has it all. It has drawers on each side, with cheese tools and small bowls. My husband loves the little olive forks, they do him a lot of good. I don't eat much cheese unless it's a holiday or special occasion, but I do use my cracker and fruit board. I lay the board and do the prep, and on the weekends we snack all day. I took out the drawers and hand washed everything. And put to dry. I want to prolong the life of my board and the dishwasher is not the place for that.
