Not a bad set. It has weight and feels sturdy. The cuts are sharp. I only have 2 complaints. A thimble does not match the set and is not the one shown on the cover. The other needle cover dangles a little. It probably won't open, but it rattles, which makes me nervous about losing the lid. I wanted to pin it on the chatelain, but I don't trust him. Sentence. It would be nice to know how big the thimble is. Thimbles are only useful if they fit properly, and anyone looking for that antique copy will want to use a thimble.
