There are many features that I like about this platform including its ability to customize alerts for certain events such as new messages in chat rooms, file transfers etc., It also has great customer service support when needed! The only thing i dislike at times is having some issues while using it so you need someone else to step into their help desk/support system until they figure out what's going wrong. We use safe chats to communicate between our employees across multiple locations and keep track of all communication within one central place allowing us access from anywhere via mobile devices even outside office hours (which isn't always possible).
